Eat an Apple for a Longer Life

One apple a day keeps the doctor away... But why? There have been many studies done on the properties of this magnificent fruit and they all agree in one thing it can help you to be healthier. The only thing I do not agree from all the thing I read is the claim that Eve ate an apple. The bible does not say what fruit she ate. However, that does not change the fact that eating an apple everyday can help our health tremendously.

Let's check some of the benefits.
Lower cholesterol
