How to increase my metabolism?

For many, losing weight is only going hungry or have a special diet. They think little or nothing in the interior language of their body. What, Does the body has an internal language? Sure, it is called metabolism. But, Do you know exactly what it is?

According to many doctors, the chemical reactions that occur in the cells of our body transform or convert nutrients from food into the energy we need to live, not just to move and think, but when you're resting too.

It is obvious that we need energy for respiration, digestion, muscle mass production, storage of fat and from the blood circulation. What many do not realize is that when energy is not used, it got "stored" in the body as fat.

If we are thick, this is because there is a lot of our energy stored up in our body. So what should I do to remove the accumulated energy in my belly and my legs and buttocks as fat?

The answer is simple: Increase your metabolism, the faster your metabolism runs, the faster response of your body to burn that stored energy we commonly call body fat.

How can this be done? With a little patience and determination, you will get the desired results.
Consider now the factors that accelerate your metabolism. If your metabolism is slow, there are several things that you can do to speed it up:

1. Exercise. Your body is constantly burning calories, even at rest. Even in moments of rest, the metabolic rate is higher in people with more muscle mass. That means that if you exercise with weights, not only you would increase your muscle mass, you would also burn more fat.

2. Eat breakfast daily
Breakfast wakes up your metabolism, so you burn more calories throughout the day. With a good breakfast, you are giving your body what it needs to recover after an overnight fast, and you will feel less hungry for the rest of the day. By maintaining constant levels of glucose and insulin, can resist any craving that might come during the day.

3. Instead of large meals and spaced small meal's several times a day. However, make sure not to eat less than 1,200 calories a day, or you would slow your metabolic rate.

4. Reduce your efficiency. The more you train a sport, the more effective you are, which means that you spend less calories to do the same exercise. You have to be a little awkward to "burn" more. Modify your workouts like: speed changes, rhythms, loads ... if you swim introduces elements such as shovels, etc....

5. Drink water. The body needs water to burn calories. If you are dehydrated (o), your metabolism slows. Try to drink several glasses of water a day.

6. Spice up your meals with spicy ingredients. A spoonful of chili (chili) shredded red or green pepper, for example, temporarily speeds up your metabolic rate.

7. Your body burns more calories when you digest proteins when digested fats or carbohydrates. Eat foods rich in protein (lean beef, fish, turkey, chicken breast, tofu, nuts, beans, eggs, low-fat dairy products).

8. Although for a short time and taken in moderation, coffee accelerates the metabolic rate. A cup of coffee in the morning is like an injection that increases your energy and concentration power.

9. Green tea also increases the metabolic rate for a couple of hours. Drinking two to four cups a day causes the body to burn 17% more calories than normal.

10. Avoid crash diets (less than 1,200 calories a day). These diets help you lose weight (sometimes at the expense of good nutrition), but that weight loss comes from muscle mass. And remember that the lower your muscle mass, your metabolism is slower.

11. Eat Papaya. The Papaya helps you lose weight, because they are low in calories (12 kcal/100g) and fat (7 times less than a banana). To this, we must add the diuretic effect of the presence of potassium and papain, an enzyme which enhances protein digestion, metabolism maintains and promotes fat burning.

When your metabolism works fast, the fat tends to be burn in your body, that in turn helps to you prevent weight gain. When your metabolism works slow, fat is stored in your body and thus gain weight.

Any activity that gets you moving helps you build lean muscle, and turn your body into a calorie-burning machine. And that definitely speeds up your metabolism. And it gives you a lot more health.
